RAGBRAI Hosts Needed!

Residents are invited to host riders in their home or yard on July 24. RAGBRAI Committee is still seeking nearly 150 homes from around the Iowa City/Coralville/U-Heights area to help house the approximately 2,000 riders interested in private camping or home stays. RAGBRAI will come to Coralville Iowa River Landing for an overnight stop on Friday, July 24.

Residents are asked to help host register riders in their homes and yards. Hosting includes bed(s) inside, driveway space for an RV or van, floor space inside for a sleeping bag, shower/toilet facilities, or yard space for camping.  Guests will arrive mid to early afternoon on Friday, July 24, 2015 and will depart Saturday, July 25, 2015, usually by 9:00 am.  Great long-lasting relationships have been made with host homes and riders.

To sign up to be a host, visit http://www.ragbraicoralville.com/community/hosting. For more information about hosting RAGBRAI riders, please contact Jillian Miller, Iowa City / Coralville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, at jillian@iowacitycoralville.org.
