The Citizens’ Advisory Board has a vacancy that is open to a resident of University Heights.
To be considered for service on the Board, email the City Clerk to submit your name, address, and contact information. You may include a cover letter and/or statement of qualifications if you wish.
“The Council shall establish a citizens’ advisory board to review complaints of profiling, discriminatory policing practices, and allegations of prohibited disparate treatment made against a law enforcement officer and to review … data collected by UHPD on an annual basis, to the extent the subsets of data are available to the public.”

The candidate will be chosen by two city council members and the local NAACP president or the president’s designee.
