University Heights COVID-19 Prevention Initiative

Because it is critically important to protect residents, visitors, students, and employees in the City of University Heights from the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Mayor Louise From issued the COVID-19 Prevention Initiative Proclamation on July 28, 2020. It was unanimously ratified by the City Council on August 18, 2020.

The proclamation strongly encourages everyone to practice physical distancing and wear face coverings when in proximity to other persons both in public and in private locations, and to continue these practices indefinitely until substantial progress in curbing the spread of the COVID-19 virus has been declared by public health officials. and that individuals and businesses in the City comply with recommended practices.
